Warranty Information

General Limited Warranty:  Furniture Crafters’ warrants its upholstery products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one year from the date of the invoice.  During this time period we will repair or replace free of charge, at our option any products that are proven to be defective.

 Warranty Disclaimers:  All Furniture Crafters’ warranties do not apply to any item which is damaged due to misuse, negligence, alteration, abuse, accident or normal wear and tear.  As fabric mills do not warrant their products for wear-ability and color-fastness, we will not warranty any fabric for these properties.  Iridescent type fabrics naturally will have color interplay or rainbow-like color properties.

 Sleeper Mechanisms:  In the event of a Sleeper Mechanism malfunction, we will require digital or film pictures of troubled area.  These photos need to be mailed or e-mailed to Furniture Crafters of Virginia, Inc. Attn: Customer Service Department along with written description of the problem.  Unit manufacturers’ will not warrant misuse and/or abuse and will make the final replacement decision.
